摘要
通过"问题式学习"模式在神经内科住院医师培养中应用的一些方法与经验体会,表明这一学习模式能够有效提高住院医师培训的效率与效果,但也存在一些问题,在教学中如何来解决。
This article introduces some methods and experiences of the PBL model in the training of neurology residents, Indicates that the learning model can effectively improve the efficiency and effect of residency training, but there are also some problems, and how to solve it.
