摘要
以前的教师权威讨论大多侧重于制度化层面,这导致了人们视野的局限。为避免单一制度化层面讨论的片面性,需要基于非制度化层面的再思考。可从教师文化范导的视野,阐明教师权威存在的必要性,开拓教师权威树立的广阔路径。
In the past, the discussion of teachers" authority mostly focused on the institutional level, which leads to a limited vision. In order to avoid one-sided institutional level discussion, non-institutionalized level of thinking is needed. This paper clarifies the necessity of the existence of teachers" authority and discusses the broad path to establish teachers" authority from the perspective of culture regulation.
