摘要
目的总结北京市城区120急救需求区域、时间分布规律,为优化急救资源配置提供依据。方法以北京急救中心调度信息数据库为基础,对北京市2010年120急救需求量及未满足量进行回顾性统计分析。结果 2010年北京市六大城区120急救需求量由多到少依次为:朝阳区、海淀区、丰台区、西城区、东城区、石景山区。120急救需求量均在4:00～5:00最少,此后逐渐增多,在9:00～10:00达到最高峰,以后呈缓慢下降趋势,其中东城区、西城区、石景山区在20:00～21:00形成第二个小高峰,朝阳区、海淀区、丰台区在21:00～22:00形成第二个小高峰。各城区120急救需求未满足量在4:00～6:00最少,此后逐渐增多,在11:00～12:00达到最高峰,以后呈缓慢下降趋势,均在19:00～20:00形成第二个小高峰。朝阳区急救需求未满足量最多,石景山区最少。结论北京120院前急救需求具有区域、时间分布特点,进一步调整和完善急救资源配置有利于提高院前急救工作效率,更好地满足市民急救呼叫需求。
Objective To analyze the region and time distribution of 120 EMSS demand in Beijing to optimize pre - hospital emergency resources. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed, based on Beijing Emergency Center Schedu- ling Information Database, on 120 emergency demand and unmet demand in Beijing in 2010. Results The 6 main regions of Beijing demanding for 120 emergency were, from most to fewest, Chaoyang, Haidian, Fengtai, Xicheng, Dongcheng and Shi- jingshan. The demands were fewest at 4 ： 00 - 5 ： 00 o＇clock, then increased gradually, reached the peak at 9 ： 00 - 10 ： 00 o＇ clock, and a slow downward trend presented, thereinto the second peak appeared in Dongeheng, Xicheng and Shijingshan at 20：00 -21： 00o＇clock, and in Chaoyang, Haidian, Fengtai at 21：00 -22：00 o＇clock. The unmet demands of 6 regions were the fewest at o＇clock, then increased gradually, reached the peak at 4：00 - 6：00 o＇clock, and then went downward, reached the second peak at o＇clock. The unmet demands were the most in Chaoyang, the fewest in Shijingshan. Conclusion Demands for 120 pre - hospital emergency are of region and time distribution features. Further regulation and improvement of e- mergency resourses allocation is conducive to raising the efficiency of pre - hospital emergency to meet better the demands of resi- dents.
