摘要
目的探讨基层医院院前急救疾病的病种及排序特点。方法对10 207例院前急救患者按性别、年龄、月份、年度分布、不同病种求治人数、院前死亡病种、出车情况和反应时间进行分析。结果院前急救疾病谱排序前5位依次是:外伤、神经系统疾病、妇产科疾病、消化系统疾病、循环系统疾病;院前死亡病谱排序依次是:心脑血管疾病、外伤、中毒、溺水、自缢。结论可根据基层医院院前急救的疾病谱排序特征制定急救工作重点。
Objective To investigate the sort and ordering of prehospital first - aid disease in the grass - roots hospital. Methods 10 207 cases were analysed in accordance with sex, age, month and year to distribue, the number of patients with different diseaseas, varieties of prehospital deaths, a car circumstance and responded time, Results On the ground of total data about prehospital first aid cases; the first five are： external injury, nervous system disease, gynecology disease, digestive system disease, circulatory system disease, the order of disease caused prehospital deaths is cardiac -cerebrovascular disease, external injury, poisoning, drowning, suicidee. Conclusion The emphasis in work of Emergency Center should be confirmed in accordance with the characteristics of prehospital disease first - aid order.
