摘要风险投资合同理论是现代金融合同研究理论的重要研究领域。面对风险投资行业的高风险和高不缺定性,风险投资者需要选择适当的合同来实现对现金流权利和控制权的分配,对企业家和风险投资者进行激励,以实现经济价值最大化。文章重点评述了风险投资合同的相关理论和实证研究成果,指出了未来的研究方向。
