摘要
目的:探讨左旋门冬酰胺酶(L-ASP)不良反应的护理方法。方法:将80例使用L-ASP治疗的患者随机分为干预组40例、对照组40例,干预组给予预防过敏反应、胰腺炎、糖尿病、凝血异常、低蛋白血症等护理措施;对照组仅给予常规护理。结果:干预组各种不良事件反应的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:积极的预防护理措施可减少L-ASP的毒副作用。
Objective： To approach nursing methods for adverse reactions induced by L-asparaginase （L-ASP） drug. Method： Eighty-two patients were randomized into intervention group and non intervention group. Intervention group received nursing measures in preventing allergic reaction, pancreatitis, diabetes, disturbance of blood coagulation and hypoproteinemia; non intervention group were only administered with conventional nursing. Result： Incidence of adverse reaction in intervention group were lower than that of non intervention group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Positive nursing measures can reduce toxicity and side effects of L-ASP.
