摘要
目的 :观察大剂量甲氨喋呤 (HD MTX)对急性淋巴细胞白血病 (ALL)的毒副作用。方法 :观察 10例处于完全缓解期的ALL患儿应用 4 0例次HD MTX前后各器官功能的变化及毒副作用。结果 :胃肠道反应、口腔黏膜损害、肝功能损害、骨髓抑制发生率低。结论 :HD MTX对ALL患儿毒副作用轻 ,可以安全接受。
Objective:To observe the adverse effects of high dose of methotrexate(HD-MTX) on acute lymphoblastic leukenia(ALL).Methods:Ten children with ALL in complete remission were studied on the adverse effect in forty therapy of HD-MTX.Results:Gastrointestinal reaction,oral mucosa and hepatic damage,and depression of bone marrow were noticed.Conclusions:The adverse effects of HD-MTX is slight and the therapy can accepted.
