摘要
为探讨L-ASP治疗小儿急淋时对凝血象的影响。本文分析了47例以L-ASP组成化疗方案治疗的小儿急淋凝血象的改变。结果表明,53.2%患儿在使用L-ASP化疗时出现凝血象的异常,但在密切观察下仍可坚持L-ASP治疗。故在L-ASP化疗期间应密切注意凝血象的复查。
To probe into the influence of L ASP on the coagnlation function, the coagulation changs were analyzed in 47 acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patients who receivecl the chemotherapy composed of L ASP. The results showed that the coagulation abnormality occured in 53 2% ALL patients received L ASP therapy, while the L ASP can be continue used under carefully observation. Therefore, more attention should be paid on the coagulation charges and the differential diagnosis between DIC and coagulation abnormalities caused by L ASP therapy. (Original article on page 8)
