摘要
我国体育产业发展迅速,其中冰雪体育产业是一个重要的组成部分,随着社会经济的快速发展和产业结构的优化升级,冰雪体育产业逐渐成为最具发展前景的朝阳产业之一,这同时对冰雪体育产业的发展也提出了更高的要求,也就是冰雪体育产业发展模式需要进行深刻的变革。分析指出黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的发展较早且迅速的现状,提出冰雪体育法律体系不够完善、冰雪体育技术较为落后、冰雪体育赛事较少、冰雪健身业发展受到限制等面临的问题,以及冰雪旅游中安全救护措施不够完善、黑龙江冰雪体育旅游面临多地的竞争、缺乏市场经济理念、特色不够突出、服务质量有待提高,经营管理人才缺乏等制约因素;总结出建立健全冰雪体育法律体系、加大科技投入、提高冰雪体育设备技术水平、大力发展黑龙江冰雪体育健身业和冰雪旅游项目等对策,为黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的发展提供理论参考。
with Chinese sports industries growing quickly, as a key part, the ice -snow sports industry has increasingly become the most promising one of the sunrise industries with the rapid development of social e- conomy and the optimized upgrade of industrial structure, which also puts forward higher request of develo- ping the ice - snow sports industry, that is to ask for a profound reform of ice - snow sports industryg devel- opment mode. After analyzing the current development of ice - snow sports industry in Heilongjiang prov- ince, the paper indicates the existing problems such as incomplete system of ice - snow sports laws, be- hindhand ice - snow sports technology, poor competitions of ice - snow sports, restricted development of ice - snow sports fitness industry, and restraining factors such as imperfect emergency care and safety measures of ice - snow tourism, multiple competitions, lacking idea of market economy, insipid feature, low service quality, poor management personnel. As a reference for developing the ice - snow sports industry in Hei- longjiang province, it suggests some countermeasures as follows： develop the system of ice- snow sports laws, reinforce the investment of science and technology to improve the technology of ice - snow sports e- quipments, promote the ice -snow sports fitness industry and ice -snow tourism.
