摘要
针对现有在透明的PMMA板料上进行双面打印图案后再进行喷涂加工工艺的缺陷,提出了塑件双面装饰模内成型工艺。通过设计全新的印刷工艺、塑件结构、模具结构和成型工艺,克服了塑件表面装饰图案精细度不够、喷涂后处理污染环境等缺陷,极大提高了塑件的表面质量。
A new in-mould forming process for a plastic part with double-sided decoration was proposed for preventing the defects in existing process, in which spraying goes after duplex printing on the transparent PMMA plate. Through designing a new printing tech- nique, structure of plastic part and mould, and injection molding process, the shortages, such as low fineness of surface decorative pattern and environmental pollution, etc. were overcome.
