摘要
分析了手机电池盖板产品测试时反翘变形的原因,从结构层厚度、注射料选用、进浇口选择、模具设计等方面提出整改方案,最终解决了变形问题,改善方案适合IML工艺的电池盖产品,具有一定的参考作用。
The warping deformation cause of mobile phone battery cover was studied and a solving measure was proposed which covers improvement on the structure layer thickness, selection of injection plastics and gate, and mould design.
