Experimental Study of Sequential Co-Injection Molding

摘要 研究了顺序共注成型中几个主要工艺参数———流变性能、壳层预填充量、延迟时间对成型的影响 ,分析造成熔体前沿突破的原因 。 Effect of main parameters such as rheological behavior,prefilled polymer volume fraction and delay time on sequential co-injection molding process was studied experimentally.Moreover,reasons for core melt breaks through the skin melt were analyzed.At the end,the design guideline for technology was presented.
