摘要
目的建立布渣叶的HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用Kromasil C18柱,以甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为278 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2009版)软件对其进行了相似度计算。结果方法学考察结果良好,确立了14个共有峰,14批布渣叶样品指纹图谱的相似度为0.820~0.966。结论该方法稳定性、重复性好,建立的指纹图谱可为布渣叶的质量评价提供依据。
Objective To develop the fingerprint analysis method for leaves of Microcos paniculata L. based on high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Methods The HPLC separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column by gradient eluting with the flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was set at 278 nm, and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Similarity of fingerprint was calculated by software of Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM(Edition 2009). Results Fourteen common peaks were identified and the similarities of 14 batches of leaves of Microcos paniculata L. were 0.820 -0.966. Conclusion The fingerprint analysis method can he used for the quality control of leaves of Microcos paniculata L. due to its high stability and good reproducibility.
