摘要
针对空空导弹系统接口阻值的测试需求,介绍了一种快速测试方法,并研制了一套便携式测试设备。该设计方案以微处理器为核心,重点介绍了硬件组成、软件流程,同时分析了测试设备的干扰原因并对抗干扰措施进行了总结。应用表明,该测试设备体积小、质量轻、兼容性强、测试数据准确可靠,测试效率较以往的直接测试方法得到了大幅度的提高。
In accordance with the test requirements of interface resistance of air-to-air missile systems, a rapid measuring method is introduced and a set of portable measuring equipment is designed and developed. In the design scheme, microprocessor is adopted as the kernel. Hardware composition and software flowchart are introduced emphatically ; the causes of interference are analyzed, and the anti-interference measures are summarized. The application indicates that the measuring equipment features small volume, light weight, strong compatibility, accurate and credible test data, and the test efficiency is improved significantly to the original direct test method.
