摘要
可编程开关阵列是计算机辅助测试(CAT)系统的关键部件。本文详细地讨论这种阵列的组成、控制、可测试性以及自检算法,主要给出了如下几方面的概念:变形的复合三维阵列、细胞模块结构和独特的测试方法。这种三维阵列极大地减少了所需的开关数;模块结构使所设计的阵列具有充分的灵活性和良好的可维护性;这种开关阵列具有自检和精确的故障定位功能。上述概念已成功地用于开关阵列NS161的设计中,目前这个开关阵列正服役于上海航天局。
?Programmable switch matrix is the key unit in computer aided test (CAT) system. This paper discusses in detail architecture, control, testability and self-test algorithm of such a matrix. The following ideas are presented: a variant compound three-dimensional array which reduces greatly the number of switches needed in the matrix; a cellular module structure which makes the matrix flexible and enhances maintainability of the matrix designed; and a unique method which realizes self-test and precise fault-location with minimal hardware and software overhead. The above principles have been successfully used for designing a practical switch matrix NS161, which has been running satisfactorily in Shanghai Astronautics Bureau.
