介绍了一种采用小电流进行阻值测试的方法。其用于要求严格控制测试电流、电压的阻值测量领域,采用了自动测试功能,解决了现有测试过程繁杂、耗时、准确度低、受人为因素影响较大等问题,提高了测试效率、安全性和准确度。
The method of measurement resistance with small current is introduced. The method is used in the measurement field which is asked for small current and low voltage, It resolves the problem of fussy, time-consuming, low accuracy, jamming in measurement resistance with small current. It im- proves the efficiency, security and accuracy in measurement resistance.
