摘要
信息与通讯技术的广泛应用使医疗服务主体和对象、服务内容和策略在不同层面发生了改变,医疗服务的品质和内涵也随之产生质的飞跃。医疗服务要素关系归纳出目前存在的问题—解决模式、推送模式、吸引模式和互助/自助,并由此提出对我国医疗服务改革的建议。
Subject and object, service and strategy, they all change at different levels with the extensive application of information and technology (ICT). More significantly is the qualitative leap in the quality and connotation of health services. There are existing four E-health service patterns according to the health service element's relationship, and some suggestions for the reform of China's health services were put forward.
