摘要
通过回顾“十三五”时期卫生健康信息化在顶层设计、区域互联互通、医院数字化转型、互联网应用、标准体系建设、安全体系建设,以及疫情防控等方面的发展历程,总结了区域卫生信息化与医院信息化发展现状及成效,指出了在保障机制、数据统筹、队伍建设和业务融合等方面面临的挑战。通过展望“十四五”卫生健康信息化发展方向,研究提出了卫生健康信息化“十全”发展框架与思路。
The paper mainly reviews the development process of health informatization at the toplevel design,regional connectivity,hospital digital transformation,Internet application,standard system construction,safety system construction,epidemic prevention and control during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,summarizes the development status and effect of regional health informatization and hospital informatization,identifies the challenges in safeguards,data pooling,team building and business integration,looks into the development direction of health informatization in the 14th Five-Year Plan period,puts forward the"Ten-pronged"framework and ideas for the development of health informatization.
