摘要
为了有效地解决墙纸在生产过程中印刷涂层厚度在线检测问题,以达到提高墙纸产品生产质量和生产的效率的目的,本课题对墙纸印刷涂层厚度在线检测问题进行了研究。基于激光传感器原理,以TI公司的TMS320F2812DSP芯片为核心处理器,解决涂层厚度测量的一系列问题。该系统能够实现在线动态检测和非接触测量。
In order to effectively implement online detection problem of printing coating thickness in production of wallpapers to enhance the quality of wallpapers and productive efficiency, the online measurement system for thickness of printing coating is researched. Based on laser sensor principle, TMS320F2812DSP core processor, the issue of coating thickness measurement is resolved. And the system is able to implement online dynamic detection and non-contact measurement for thickness of printing coating.
