基于DSP的擦伤信号检测系统设计

摘要 车轮是铁路车辆的主要行走部件,其技术状态好坏直接涉及车辆的运行品质。车轮踏面擦伤是车辆运行过程中的常见故障。采用振动加速度检测原理,设计了一套基于TMS320F2812 DSP为主控芯片的擦伤信号采集与处理系统,能够实现车轮踏面擦伤在线动态检测。提出了系统的检测流程,并实验验证了系统的可行性。 Wheel is the cardinal part of the railway vehicle. Its technical behavior affects the vehicle's performance. It's a common bug of the abrasion on the wheel's tread in the vehicle running. The principle of vibrate acceleration detection is used in this paper. An abrasive signal acquisition and process system based on TMS320F2812 is designed. It can implement to detect the abrasion online. The detection flow of the system is presented. And the practicability of the system is certified through experiments.
