塑料型坯连续输出控制的研究

摘要 给出了一种连续输出模式的塑料型坯控制方法,能克服塑料型坯在点控制方式下质量差寿命低的缺陷。利用系统的LCD(liquid crystal display)显示器设定型坯的壁厚曲线,只需增加LCD的分辨率,就可增加型坯壁厚的控制点;在同一LCD的两相邻点,则通过预测曲线的变化趋势给出控制数据,从而增加控制点,增加的点数由D/A转换器的分辨率决定,若分辨率为n,控制点增加2^n-1;整个控制系统的控制点为(LCD水平分辨率-1)×(2^n-1),能满足所有型坯控制器对控制精度的需求。实验数据证明:型坯的壁厚控制曲线是连续的,塑料产品表面光滑、细腻。 One kind of plastics parison controlling way of continuous output mode was given, and it can eliminate molding defect of the points output-controlling mode in poor quality and short life. By using LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor of the system can set up the wall thickness curve of parison, only increasing LCD resolution can increase the controlling points of parison wall thickness; Between the two neighboring points of the same LCD, you may know the controlling data through predicting change tendency of the curve, hence enhancing the controlling points, the enhancing number of the controlling points is decided by the resolution of D/A conversion. If the resolution of D/A conversion is n, controlling points can increase 2^n-1; the number of controlling points of whole parison controlling system Equal (the Horizontal resolution of LCD-1)×(2^n-1). So the demand of all parison controller in controlling precision can be sufriced. The experiment findings show that the wall thickness-controlling curve of parison is continuing and the blow-molded articles are smooth and exquisite.
