摘要
以乌桕脂为原料 ,采用正交实验法对投料比、温度、压力、催化剂用量等影响因素进行系统考查 ,取得直接合成油溶型乌桕脂二乙醇胺的最佳工艺条件 ,收率达 90 %
This paper studies method on direct synthsis of non soluble sapium fat Diethanolanide from CTV.We have investigated the reaction temperature,reaction time,the input ratio and the amount of catalyst on the effects of the experiments by the method orthogonal experimental design,We also have obtaned the optimum traction conditions with the recovery rate of 90%。
