摘要
目的探讨甲钴胺对于糖尿病周围性神经病变患者的临床治疗效果,以便找出更有效的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析该院于2009年5月—2010年5月间接收治疗的30例糖尿病周围性神经病变患者,将30例患者分为两组,治疗组15例进行甲钴胺静脉推注;对照组15例采用甲钴胺口服治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,对照组的总有效率为80%,两组进行对比,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论甲钴胺对于糖尿病周围性神经病变患者进行静脉推注的临床治疗具有显著的疗效,可以显著提高患者的神经传导功能,值得在临床中进行广泛的推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the mecobalamin for diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with clinical therapeutic effect, in order to find out a more effective treatment methods. Methods Or analysis of our hospital in 2010May to 2011May to receive the treatment of 30 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients,30patients were divided into two groups,15 cases in the treatment group were in intravenous injection;15 cases in the control group oral treatment with mecobalamin. Results the effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3%, compared to the control group in the total efficiency was 80%, compared to two groups, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Mecobalamin for diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients for intravenous injection clinical treatment has significant effect, can significantly improve patients with nerve conduction function, is worth in the clinical for extensive popularization and application of.
