痛性周围性神经病变中西医治疗进展 被引量：2

摘要 周围性神经疼痛是指由于周围神经系统的损伤、病变或功能紊乱所引起的疼痛.是慢性疼痛的一种,由于发病率高,已严重影响到了患者的生活质量,目前已受到越来越多的关注和重视.据统计,在普通人群中周围性神经疼痛的发生率约为5%,中国约有6000多万患者.其发病机制尚不明确,多种机制均可引起.周围性神经病理性疼痛源于神经系统病变,常见于代谢性疾病（如糖尿病性神经病变）、感染（带状疱疹及其后遗症--带状疱疹后神经痛）、神经受压迫、自身免疫性疾病（如多发性硬化）和癌症等.
