摘要
目的回顾性对比分析高血压性心脏病患者与单一高血压患者的临床特点与超声心动图（UCG）特点。方法本研究共150例患者，观察组包括明确诊断高血压性心脏病的患者100例，对照组包括与观察组一般情况和高血压病史相似的50例明确诊断单一高血压患者，两组均无其他心脏病史。对比分析两组患者的一般资料、UCG特点、临床特点。结果观察组与对照组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义，两组临床特点比较差异有统计学意义，UCG在二尖瓣舒张早期血流速度（E）、舒张晚期血流速度（A）、E／A、左心房、室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度、左室质量指数的差异有统计学意义。结论高血压性心脏病患者与单一高血压患者在临床表现和UCG上有各自特点，在UCG表现上存在部分重叠。
Objective To research the clinical characteristics and UCG characteristics of patients with hypertensive heart disease and hypertensive disease without heart damage. Methods One hundred and fifty eases in total, included observing group and control group which was similar in general condition and medical history without any other heart disease. The general condition, UCG manifests and clinical characteristics of the two groups were compared statistically. Results The two groups had no statistical significance in general condition, but clinical characteristics and UCG manifests were different. UCG manifests of the two groups were different in E, A, E/A, left atrium and interventrieular septal thickness, LVPW, LVMI. Coneluslons Patients with hypertensive heart disease and hypertensive disease without heart damage were different in clinical characteristics and UCG manifests, although UCG manifests were partial overlapping.
