科技人员血脂水平与心血管疾病的关系 被引量:9

The Association between Serum Lipids and Cardiovascular Diseases in Intellectual Population in Beijing

摘要 目的研究科技人员的血脂水平及其与冠心病、脑卒中和糖尿病的关系。方法对中国科学院的 2万余名科技人员进行了心血管流行病学调查 ,统计冠心病、脑卒中和糖尿病病史的阳性率 ,分析有无冠心病、脑卒中和糖尿病病史的两部分人群的总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL- C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL- C)的水平及血脂异常的检出率。结果科技人员血脂水平较高。有冠心病、脑卒中和糖尿病病史者的 TC、TG、L DL- C的水平高于无这些疾病史的对照人群 ,其中 TC、TG有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,这些心血管病患者的HDL- C低于对照人群 (P<0 .0 1) ;有冠心病、脑卒中和糖尿病病史者的高 TC、TG、L DL- C和低 HDL- C的检出率高于对照人群 ,特别是有冠心病病史者 (P<0 .0 1)。有无这些心血管疾病史的两部分人群的血脂水平有部分重叠 ,即使无这些疾病史的科技人员的血脂异常的比例也较高。结论北京科技人员人群的血脂异常的比例较高。较高水平 TC、TG和 L DL- C及较低水平的 HDL- C是冠心病。 Objective To identify associations between serum lipids and coronary disease, diabetes and stroke in intellectual population in Beijing. Methods A cross section survey was performed in around 20 000 intellectual individuals in Chinese Academy of Sciences. Serum levels of TC, TG, HDL C,LDL C and prevalence of different kinds of dyslipidemia among individuals with and without history coronary disease, diabetes and stroke were analyzed. Results Levels of serum TC, TG, HDL C and LDL C in intellectual population were higher than those in community residents. Individuals with coronary disease, diabetes, or stroke had higher levels of TG and TC ( P <0 01) as well as LDL C, and higher prevalence of different kinds of dyslipidemia ( P <0 01) but lower level of HDL C than that of controls ( P <0 01). Conclusion Associations between serum lipids and coronary disease, diabetes and stroke illustrated that higher TC, TG and LDL C and lower HDL C were risk factors for cardiovascular diseases.
