摘要
目的探讨益生菌联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效。方法选取2009年11月~2011年10月治疗UC患者70例,随机分为观察组与对照组,评价2组治疗效果。结果观察组经治疗后总有效率91.4%,对照组总有效率71.4%,2组患者经治疗后总有效率及复发情况差异具有统计学意义。结论益生菌联合美沙拉嗪可以改善溃疡性结肠炎症状,且复发率较低,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of probiotics combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 70 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, evaluation the treatment effect of 2 groups. Results The total effective rate and relapse were statistically significant. Conclusion The probiotic combined with mesalazine can improve the symptoms of ulcerative colitis, with a lower relapse rate.
