益生菌制剂在溃疡性结肠炎中的应用及其可能机制 被引量：25

摘要 溃疡性结肠炎(UC)为一种机制尚不明确的慢性结肠炎性疾病,其发病率逐年上升,且难治易复发。肠道菌群的紊乱与UC发病密切相关,益生菌制剂可以明显改善肠道菌群结构,进而对UC起到治疗作用。益生菌制剂日益成为UC药物治疗的重要组成部分。现对近年来益生菌制剂治疗UC的成果、相关机制及其在临床应用中的困境及不足进行简要综述。
