美沙拉嗪与柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床分析被引量：2

摘要目的：研究美沙拉嗪与柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者的临床疗效。方法：将87例于我院接受治疗的UC患者作为研究对象，根据入院先后顺序将其分为45例试验组与42例对照组，对照组服用柳氮磺吡啶治疗，试验组服用美沙拉嗪与柳氮磺吡啶治疗，对比两组疗效与不良反应情况。结果：试验组总临床有效率显著较对照组高（P〈0.05）；试验组不良反应率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：与柳氮磺吡啶药物相比，美沙拉嗪治疗UC患者的疗效更加显著，安全性更高，值得临床推广使用。
