摘要
缄默知识是一种基本的知识类型,它是关于如何去行动的知识,与目标的实现有关,并且需要通过个人亲身体验、实践和领悟来习得。临床决策能力实际上就是一种以提高诊疗质量为导向的缄默知识集合,具有高度的主体性、强烈的情境驱动性,与成长体验关联较大。根据临床决策能力结构的内涵,临床决策缄默知识的培养主要包括三个方面:职业道德操守、人际沟通能力、诊断治疗的元认知能力。在缄默知识的视野下,构建以“学徒制”为核心,以“虚拟现实技术”、学习共同体为主要手段的临床决策能力培养模式。
Tacit knowledge is one basic type of knowledge. It is about how to take action and related to goal achievement people admired. Such knowledge is acquired by individual experience, practice and comprehension of it. Clinical decision-making ability is actually an integration of tacit knowledge which is guided by improving the quality of diagnosis and treatment. It is highly subjective, strongly scenario- driven and more associated with growth experience. According to the connotation of clinical decision- making ability structure, cultivating tacit knowledge of clinical decision-making should include the following three aspects: professional morality, interpersonal communication competence and meta-cognitive ability of diagnosis and treatment. In the view of tacit knowledge, the pattern of cultivating clinical decision-making ability should be created based on apprenticeship, virtual reality technology and learning community.
