摘要
目的:掌握不同剂量羰基镍气体吸入后不同时间段大鼠血清镍含量变化的规律,为临床防治羰基镍中毒提供理论依据。方法:以20mg/m3、135mg/m3、250mg/m3羰基镍气体让受试大鼠吸入30min,24h、48h、72h、7d分别将大鼠麻醉处死,采集血液标本测定血清镍,并设正常对照组进行统计学分析。结果:羰基镍急性染毒后,各剂量组血清镍含量在24h最高,随时间的推移逐渐降低,血清镍含量与染毒剂量呈正相关。结论:羰基镍急性染毒后大鼠血清镍含量与吸入浓度成明显的剂量-效应关系,血清镍可作为急性羰基镍中毒的参考指标。
Objective:To investigate the serum levels of nickel of the nickel carbonyl poisoning SD rats and to explore chnic diagnasis evidence of acute toxicity of nickel carbonyl. Methods: Healthy SD rats were acutely exposed by statically inhaling different concentrations of carbonyl nickel (20 mg/m3.135mg/m3.250 mg/m3)for 30 minutes. The serum of animal were taken at different time periods after nickel carbonyl exposure. Results:After rats were acutely exposed by nickel carbonyl, serum nickel content was highest in the 24 h in each dose, and reduced gradually with the passage of time, serum levels of nickel was positively related to exposure dose. Conclusion:After rats were acutely exposed by nickel carbonyl, the serum levels of nickel and exposure dose have the obvious dose-effect relationship, the serum levels of nickel can be used as the reference index of acute nickel carbonyl poisoning.
