PFNA-Ⅱ治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨亚洲型股骨近端抗旋髓内钉(PFNA-Ⅱ)治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法自2010年6月至2011年10月,采用PFNA-Ⅱ治疗股骨转子间骨折18例。按照Evans分型:Ⅰ型3例,Ⅱ型4例,Ⅲ型6例,Ⅳ型5例。笔者分析所有患者的手术时间,术中失血量,骨折愈合时间,以及术后并发症,骨折愈合及髋关节功能情况。结果手术时间60±10分钟(50～70分钟),平均出血量100±20ml(80～120ml)。通过3～12个月的随访,愈合时间10～14周,骨折全部愈合。随访期间所有患者均无感染,股骨干骨折,内固定失败及髋内翻畸形等并发症发生。根据Harris髋关节评分,优16例,良1例,可1例,差无,优良率达94.4%。结论 PFNA-Ⅱ符合亚洲人股骨近端解剖结构,内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折操作简单、手术时间短、出血少、骨折固定稳定、术后并发症发生率低,是治疗股骨转子间骨折的理想方法之一。
