亚洲型股骨近端抗旋髓内钉(PFNA-Ⅱ)治疗股骨转子间骨折疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的总结使用亚洲型股骨近端抗旋髓内钉(PFNA-Ⅱ)的临床经验,探讨应用PFNA-Ⅱ治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法自2009年10月至2011年9月,采用PFNA-Ⅱ治疗76例老年股骨转子间骨折,根据AO/ASIF分型,A1型20例,A2型41例,A3型15例。通过手术时间,出血量,随访骨折愈合,以及术后髋关节功能Harris评分总结疗效分析。结果 76例患者经3～18个月随访,除1例骨折延迟愈合外,所有患者均获得骨性愈合。根据Harris髋关节评分,优50例,良15例,可3例,差1例,优良率达86%。结论 PFNA-Ⅱ具有设计合理,操作简便,固定可靠安全,损伤小,便于早期下床活动,是治疗股骨转子间骨折的理想方法,尤其适合于身材矮小,股骨髓腔过窄、前弓增加的病例。
