摘要
2010年中央一号文件提出要"采取有针对性的措施,着力解决新生代农民工问题"。解决新生代农民工问题的重要任务之一是提高他们的劳动技能和综合素质,这也是推进我国城市化发展进程、建设人力资源强国的重要支撑。本文分析了新生代农民工的学习特点,并针对其学习特点提出了成人教育的应对策略,以期对成人教育工作有所裨益。
In 2010 Central Document No. 1 pointed out, ＂ taking targeted measures to solve the problem of new generation migrant workers. ＂One of the important tasks to solve the problem of new generation migrant workers is to improve their skills and comprehensive quality which is the important support to advance city development strategy and build strong human resources country. This paper analyzs the learning characteristics of new generation migrant workers and puts forward to the instructing strategy of education and training work of new generation migrant workers, in order to benefit the adult education work.
