摘要
学业自我效能感是指个体对自己在学习领域能力的主观判断。学业自我效能感影响成人学习者的学习动机、元认知水平、学习目标以及学业情绪等。提升学业自我效能感有助于成人学习者更好地完成学习任务。本文从心理学视角提出提升成人学习者学业自我效能感的策略:增强成人学习者自身成功学习体验,树立榜样,增强替代性经验,教师期望和及时反馈,创造良好学习氛围以及掌握科学的学习策略等。
Academic self - efficacy mens that people judge their' s ability in learning field subjectively. Academic self- efficacy influnces adult learner's learning motivation, the level of metamemory, learning goal and academic emotion etc. Promoting academic self- efficacy can help adult learners better complete the learning task. This artical from the psychology view presents some strategies to enhance adult learner's self- efficacy. The strategies include increasing successful experiences of learning, setting model, enhancing vicarious experience, teacher expectancy and timely feedback, forming a good creative atmosphere, cultivating learners to master learning strategies and so on.
