摘要
新生代农民工是现阶段农民工的主要组成部分。2010年中央"一号文件"明确提出要着力解决新生代农民工问题。解决新生代农民工问题应该把提高新生代农民工的素质作为第一要务。本文从教育和培训的角度,在剖析现状和问题的基础上,就如何进行短线培训和长线教育以及如何构建城乡统筹的农民终身教育体系等方面提出了尝试性的解决思路。
At present,the majority of off-farm workers are the new generation ones.The first document issued by Chinese Communist Party and the Central Government in 2010 stressed that great efforts should be spared to tackle properly their problems.To this end,one of the foremost appraoches is to improve their qualities.This article analyzes the status quo and problems facing the training of those new generation of migrant workers,and proposes some tentative solutions like combining short-term and long-term education,and constructing a lifelong eduational system for them covering both the rural and urban areas etc..
