中年阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征对认知功能及记忆的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨中年阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)对认知功能及记忆的影响。方法选择年龄45~59岁的中年OSAHS患者80例为OSAHS组,另入选60例同期健康体检者为正常对照组。采用简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)和临床记忆量表对受试者的认知功能及记忆进行评分,并比较2组间评分的差异。结果 (1)OSAHS组在MMSE量表中即刻记忆评分(2.88±0.36)、注意力和计算力评分(3.18±0.41)、短时记忆评分(1.82±0.34)和MMSE总量表评分评分(1.82±0.34)各项得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)OSAHS组在临床记忆量表中指向记忆评分(11.91±5.14)、联想学习评分(13.52±4.18)、图像自由回忆评分(11.28±4.12)、无意义图形再认评分(15.27±5.06)、人像特点回忆评分(12.92±6.28)、总分(67.34±16.03)和记忆商评分(MQ)(76.32±12.53)各项等值量表分得分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中年OSAHS患者存在明显的认知功能及记忆损害。 Objective To examine the influence of middle-aged obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) on cognitive function and memory. Methods Eighty cases of OSAHS patients aged 45~59 were selected as OSAHS group, and 60 cases of health-examined individuals with same age were selected as control group. Mini mental state examination (MMSE) and clinical memory scale were used to examine the cognitive function and memory, and the score of the two groups were com- pared. Results The scores of immediate memory (2.88±0.36), attention and computing power (3.18±0.41), short-term memory (1.82±0.34) and total scale of MMSE (1.82±0.34) of the OSAHS group were lower than those Of control group (P 〈0.05). The scores of pointing memory (11.91 ± 5.14), associative learning ( 13.52 ±4.18), image free recall (11.28± 4.12), meaningless graphics recognition (15.27±5.06), portrait features of memory ( 12.92 ± 6.28), total score (67.34 ± 16.03)and memory quotient (76.32±12.53) of the OSAHS group were lower than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclu- sion Middle-aged OSAHS patients have obvious cognitive function and memory impairment.
