钴含量对锂离子电池正极材料LiCo_xMn_(2-x)O_4的性能影响

The effect of different doping amounts on properties of lithium-ion battery's cathode materials LiCo_xMn_(2-x)O_4

摘要 采用流变相法合成了LiCoxMn2-xO4(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15),并结合XRD、SEM和电化学性能测试等手段,研究了掺钴量对锂离子电池正极材料LiCoxMn2-xO4的晶体结构、外观形貌和电化学性能的影响。研究结果表明:钴的掺入能提高合成材料的结构稳定性;当x=0.05时,材料LiCoxMn2-xO4具有较高的放电比容量和较好的循环性能,可作为锂离子电池的正极材料。 Different samples such as LiCoxMn2-xO4(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15) were synthesized by rheological phase method.Together with the analysis of XRD,SEM and electro-chemical properties,the effect of different doping amounts on crystalline structure,shapes and electro-chemical properties of lithium-ion battery's cathode materials LiCoxMn2-xO4 were discussed.The results showed that the structural stability of the material was improved by doping cobalt.When x,the doping amount,was 0.05,the synthesized material had high charge/discharge capacity and good cycling property and was suitable to be used as cathode material for Li-ion battery.
