摘要
尊重是一种具有强烈实践意义的价值,对教育场景中的人的生活质量具有重大影响。当前教育场景中尊重缺失与偏误的现状非常严峻,可概括为评价性尊重标准偏差,评价性尊重遮蔽承认性尊重;承认性尊重虚化、误读、浅表化等,这带来恶劣的后果。要让尊重之树在实践中开花结果需要我们:加固制度之根,强壮交往之茎,而所结出的"尊重之果"将是权责平衡之人。
Respect is a value which has strong practical implication, influencing the life quality of those who live in education landscape. There is respect deficiency and misunderstanding in educa- tion, which cause huge harm and can be abstracted as: the criterions of appraisal respect deviate, appraisal respect shrouds recognition respect; recognition respect is supplanted, misconceived, and simplified. If we want the fruit from the tree of respect, we must strengthen the institution root, rein- force the stem of interaction, and the fruit will be human which can balance right and responsibility.
