摘要
"人作为目的"原本应该是一种教育现实,但是真正的现实却往往是"人被遗忘",于是它才有必要成为我们今天对未来教育的一种合理想象和希望——一种教育理想。针对人被异化为金钱和分数奴仆以及"我—它"关系遮蔽"我—你"关系的现状,教育应当做到"把人当人看",珍视每个人的尊严,最大限度地适合每个儿童;应当"使人成为人",引领人超越自身,"相遇"在"我—你"关系中。
"Human Being As the End" should be reality in education, while "human being is forgotten'; Human beings are alienated to bondslaves of marks, and "I- Thou" relationship is covered by "I - It" in fact. Thereupon, "Human Being As the End" is necessarily to become our educational ideality. Human being should be treated as himself with his dignity cherished. Education should be provided for different children to transcend themselves and live in "I - Thou" relationship.
