摘要 采用块 -盘摩擦磨损试验机考察了陶瓷与冷激铸铁在干摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损行为 .通过研究发现 ,该摩擦副的摩擦系数随载荷和速度的增大而减小 ,当载荷和速度较大时 ,陶瓷的磨损严重 ,而由于摩擦温度升高引起的冷激铸铁材料的转移也会使陶瓷出现负磨损 .对磨损表面的形貌分析和化学成分测试结果表明粘着磨损和疲劳磨损在磨损过程中占主导地位 . The wear behavior of Si 3N 4 ceramic in dry sliding against chilled cast iron was investigated on a block on disc friction and wear tester. The wear mechanisms were analyzed with a scanning electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive spectrometer. As the results, the coefficient of friction decreases with the increase in speed and load. At higher load and speed, Si 3N 4 ceramic has either severe wear or negative wear, because of the transfer of chilled cast iron onto the ceramic surface. The morphological observation of the worn ceramic and chilled cast iron surfaces by means of scanning electron microscopy and the determination of the elemental composition in the transfer film by means of energy dispersive spectrometry indicate that the wear of Si 3N 4 ceramic is characteristic of adhesion and fatigue.
