This paper deals with the characteristics of reaction-bonded Si_3N_4 ceramic bearing using fatigue wear experimant and electron micrography analysis. A conclusion is reached that A_(17)X bearing can be replaced by Si_3N_4 ceramic materials It is the approach to the application of caramic bearing and the study of the wear mechanism.
