摘要
研制了(Ce-TZP)-Al_2O_3陶瓷热挤压模具并进行了工业应用试验。试验表明,该热挤压模具使用寿命是现用的3Cr_2W8V钢模具的3～4倍,并改善了铜材制品的表观质量。在此基础上对陶瓷模具结构进行改进,使之更适合于工业化生产和应用。
(Ce-TZP)-Al2O3 ceramic hot extrusion die was studied. Results have indicated that the service life of ceramic die is 3~4 times longer than that of 3Cr2W8V. The apparent quality of copper product has been improved. On that basis, the structure of ceramic die has been modifying so as to be more suitable to industrial production and application.
