摘要
基于状态检修的思想,总结了我国电力设备状态检修中存在的问题,考虑了可靠性和经济性的约束条件,提出了基于随机理论的设备检修周期整体优化模型,给出了最优检修策略和实际应用中的计算步骤,使设备的检修在尽可能短的时间内,既满足可靠性要求,也能满足经济性要求,提高了设备检修周期的整体经济性,为电力设备的检修计划的制定和状态检修在电力行业的应用提供了理论指导.
Based on the idea of CBM, the problems of CBM on electric power equipments in China are generalized. The integral optimal model based on randomness theory in the equipment maintenance cycle is established under the restriction of reliability and economy. The optimal maintenance strategy and calculating step in practice is also given. This strategy can not only develop the economy of the maintenance cycle but also satisfy the needs of the reliability within a short period of time as possible. It provided the theory guidance to the formulation of the maintenance plan for the electric power equipments and the application of the CBM in the electric power industry.
