极低频电磁场暴露对大鼠学习记忆功能影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了模拟职业工作场所极低频电磁场暴露对大鼠学习记忆和海马神经元的影响,设计50 Hz电磁场暴露系统,将实验组1(电场强度5 kV/m,磁感应强度78μT,50 Hz)和实验组2(电场强度5 kV/m,磁感应强度100μT,50 Hz)大鼠各20只,每天暴露8 h,每周5 d,持续8周。进行大鼠的学习记忆神经行为与海马脑区组织病理形态学变化研究,海马神经元细胞凋亡情况检测。结果表明,一定强度和时间的极低频电磁场暴露,具有明显的记忆功能损伤效应,对照组大鼠学习记忆能力明显强于实验组(p<0.05),神经行为功能损伤早于组织病理损伤和神经元细胞损伤,且磁场的影响较大。 To explore the effect of exposure to extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields(ELFEMFs) of working environment on learning and memory of rats and changes of their hippocampus neurons,an 50 Hz EMFs exposure system was developed.40 Wistar rats equally divided into two groups(Group 1 and Group 2) were exposed to electromagnetic fields of 5 kV/m,78 μT 50 Hz and of 5 kV/ m,100 μT 50 Hz respectively for 8 consecutive weeks 8 hours per day and 5 days per week.Then their learning and memory ability and hippocampus pathological changes were studied as well as the neuron apoptosis in hippocampus.Results showed that exposure to ELF-EMFs of certain intensity for a period can cause notable injure to rat’s memory;the learning and memory ability of the sham exposed rats is significantly better than the exposed rats(p〈0.05);the neurobehavioral dysfunction was prior to histopathological damage and hippocampus neuron cell injury;and the magnetic field in particular had great impact on the above findings.
