摘要
根据我国现行石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫的现状及发展趋势,在分析石灰石—石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺特点及脱硫系统工作原理的基础上,设计一套基于S7-300PLC的脱硫过程的自动控制系统。系统以西门子S7-300PLC作为自动化站,以装有监控软件WinCC的计算机作为上位机。通过实际的生产运行证明,该系统设计合理,具有良好的实用性和可靠性。
According to the present situation and development trend of the current desulphurization in limestone-gypsum wet method,based on the analysis of process characteristics of flue gas desulphurization in limestone-gypsum wet method and the working principle of the system,design an automatic control system of desulphurization process based on s7-300 PLC.The system takes Siemens s7-300 PLC as the automatic station,the computer with the monitoring software WinCC as the principal computer.That the system design is reasonable is proved by the practical production operation,and has better practicability and reliability.
