摘要 差压变送器测量压差并计算密度的测量方法已有很多人试用,但是因其安装及测算公式等环节的问题,还未大规模推广。该文着重讲述了差压变送器在密度测量中的设计与安装,并从技术经济角度出发,分析了各种测量方法的优缺点以及运行维护成本,解决了差压式密度测算法在工程应用中长期困扰仪控设计人员的难题,对工程运用具有一定的借鉴指导作用。 Differential pressure density meter have been tried in lots of projects now, this method calculate the density by measuring the pressure, but because of the calculation formula and installation problem, there has no large scale application. Here highlighted the plight of the differential pressure density meter applications in designing and installation to share the experience. From the technical and eco- nomic point , analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and their costs of operation and maintenance, and has resolved some difficult questions to many engineers for long time in the applica- tion of differential pressure density-measuring instrument. It is useful for actual application as reference.
