摘要
针对钢铁工业烧结工艺状况和烧结烟气特点,以某钢铁公司烧结机石灰-石膏法脱硫系统的实际运行情况为例,对该脱硫系统的工艺、设备配置及选材进行介绍。结合系统关键参数的选择与控制的情况,分析脱硫系统在运行中存在的问题及原因,从工艺、设备、运行维护等方面提出了使石灰-石膏法脱硫系统安全、有效运行的措施及建议。
Against to the present status of sintering process and features of sintering smoke, taking the actual operation of lime - gypsum desulfurization system of sintering machine in some iron and steel company as example, it is introduced its process, equipments configuration and material selection. Combined with the key parameters selection and control, it is analyzed the problems and their reasons in its operation, proposed some measures in process, equipments and operation to make the system safe and effective.
