摘要
轨压是影响高压共轨柴油机喷雾形成的主要条件之一,喷雾的好坏直接影响到燃烧过程与排放的好坏。本文在通过实验数据对建立的仿真模型进行验证的条件下,应用CFD软件对不同轨压下的喷雾特性进行了仿真分析。通过对混合气以及绝对喷雾的速度场特性分析得出:轨压越大燃油雾化越好,最高速度出现得越早,然而最高速度值却变小,且保持性变差;单纯的喷雾特性与混合气的特性存在很大的差距,尤其是在喷孔附近对喷雾的影响更大。
The spray characteristics of high pressure common rail diesel engine are directly relevant to the combustion process and emission performance. The rail pressure is one of the main factors that determine the spray characteristics. The spray characteristics under different rail pressure are simulated by using the CFD simulation model that will be identified by experimental results. The result of the spray velocity field simulation show that the higher the rail pressure the better the spray characteristics are and the earlier the maximum velocity appears. However, the maximum velocity decreases and retentivity of velocity becomes worse. The spray characteris- tics differ much from mixture characteristics, especially around the injection hole.
