摘要
GDI汽油机喷油器的喷雾特性对于汽油机混合气的形成和燃烧性能具有非常重要的影响。通过定容喷雾测试系统,研究5、17和30 MPa的喷油压力对直喷汽油机喷油器喷雾流量、贯穿距、喷雾锥角、喷雾粒径和落点分布的影响,研究结果表明:同一喷油器,随着喷油压力的提高,喷油流量逐渐增长;贯穿距发展速度加快,后期受阻力的影响增长趋势减缓;喷雾锥角受喷油压力影响不大;喷雾粒径将明显减少,雾化更均匀。
Spray characteristics have very important effect on the mixture formation and combustion performance for GDI engine.This paper studies the influence of injection pressure of 5MPa,17 MPa and 30 MPa on spray flow quantity,penetration,spray angle,Sauter mean diameter SMD and drop point distribution for GDI engine by the constant volume chamber.The results show that,with the increase of injection pressure,the flow quantity will increase gradually,development speed of spray penetration will accelerate,but the trend will slow later because of resistance.Spray angle is not mainly influenced by injection pressure,the Sauter mean diameter SMD will decrease obviously and the spray is more uniform.
